GPIPL has a full-fledged training team at Head Office and at regional office. Primarily this training is to train in-house service technicians, Operators and service engineers. Apart from in-house training, we do train our Customers on specific products as per customer requirement at MWM factory.

Training helps in honing the failure analysis skills of our Service Engineers and Service Mechanics.

GPIPL regularly conducts training on soft skills such as Communication Skills, Sales Effectiveness program.

Whatever be the superior features on our products, if the operators are not skilled enough, Customers do not get the fair value out of the products. We do train Customer operators on our products at their site. 

These are done by our Training Manager, and other faculties.
